What materials are Wood World products made of?
All Wood World Barcelona products are made from a combination of Natural Wood, high quality Stainless Steel, and highly durable reinforced plastic.
With these materials, we ensure the high quality of all our products, as well as their durability and longevity. We do not want Wood World Barcelona products to break quickly, so we make sure that the quality of all materials is optimal.
We only manufacture in workshops with years of experience and our complete trust, and furthermore, WE DO NOT MANUFACTURE FOR THIRD PARTIES. Our products are 100% original and unique.
What type of wood does Wood World use?
For the manufacture of our products, we use different types of natural wood, sustainable and of the highest quality. In each product, you will find different types of wood for its elaboration:

Do the products have guarantee?
All the products you buy in our online store have a 3-year guarantee, as indicated by current legislation in Spain. At Wood World we are committed to selling only the best products, and that's why we also offer this guarantee.
Do you have cases for all mobile phone models?
We have cases for the vast majority of mobile phones on the market, and from most brands, such as Apple, Samsung and Huawei.

Are the glasses also made of wood?
Yes! Wood World Barcelona glasses are also made of wood (with the exception of the glass itself, of course!). In addition, we are proud to distribute Wooda Ibiza brand glasses, exclusively for our customers.
At Wood World, there are two ranges of glasses:
· Mixed Glasses: The frame of the glasses and the temples are made of a combination of super resistant plastic and natural wood.
· 100% Wood Glasses: The entire frame, including the temples and also the frame, are made of 100% natural wood.

How does online payment work?

What price do the products have?

We always adjust our prices to the maximum, so that more and more people can enjoy our spectacular wood products.

Some products are very cheap, why?
We always cut our prices as low as possible, which is why most products are very accessible to everyone.
In addition, we do not advertise on television or radio, with which we can afford to reduce costs to reach the maximum number of people thanks to our really cheap prices.
Is the quality of the products good?
Of course. We have a design and quality control team that makes sure to create products that make sense, are ergonomic and are very, very practical. We also test all of our products to ensure their strength and durability, to ensure they won't break for a long time.

Are there shipping costs?
There are shipping costs in some cases, depending on the place where we have to send the order.

You will not find our products in any other store. Our designs are original, and we do not distribute or manufacture for anyone else.
Payments
How I can pay for my purchase?
At Wood World Barcelona, we accept several forms of payment, for your greater comfort in the purchase:
· Debit/credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro for your card payments, all managed through the secure payment platform integrated with the REDSYS Virtual POS.
· Paypal: You can make your payment with a Paypal account safely and quickly.
· Bank Transfer: We will provide you with an account number, you only have to make the deposit indicating the order number to which it refers.
· Cash on delivery payment: You can opt for this option and pay for your order once it arrives at your home. This method has a commission of 4% with a minimum of €2.5. Option available only for orders of up to €250 and delivery in Spain.
· Bizum: Now you can choose to pay through Bizum. You just need your mobile and have the Bizum application on your phone. A secure and very fast payment.
Is there a minimum purchase?
There is no minimum purchase. You can buy the amount you want whether you are a private individual or a wholesaler, in addition, from €99 you have free shipping.

Shipping and Returns
How will you deliver the order?
Once the payment has been made and received, we will pack your products to send them to you. Orders leave our warehouse every day at 1:29 p.m., and arrive at their destination through a courier service that is responsible for delivering the package to you.
What if the order has any damage?
That rarely happens. Transport and courier agencies work more and more professionally, and it is very difficult for your order not to arrive in the best conditions.

What are the shipping times?
Products that are in stock and whose order is confirmed and validated before 1:29 p.m., Monday through Friday, will be prepared for shipment from our headquarters in Barcelona and may be delivered by courier service within 72 hours. The shipment is made in the Spanish peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
An order will be understood as confirmed and validated when the payment has been validated (in the case of payment methods by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or Bizum).
I want to cancel my order, how do I do it?
Contact us as soon as possible. We ship our orders daily at 1:29 p.m., so if the order hasn't shipped yet, it can be cancelled.
Can I return an order?
You have the right to cancel the order within a period of up to seven days after receiving it. To make a return, please contact us first.
In addition, the package you want to return must not have been opened so that we can accept your return.
